I always ask myself...Are Lebanese Women aware about women issues in Lebanon ? Are they working to change this patriarchal society ? Are they resisting gender stereotypes ? Are they resisting sexist jokes or they laugh at them ? Do they know that feminism is a movement to get equal rights with men and not dominate or hate men ?
I hope from the readers of my message to answer my following question.
"How can you contribute as an individual in fighting the discrimination against women ?"
We are half the society.The only thing we have to do is to unite together so that our energies can work to our benefit.
